Part III discusses major structural models of presentations. Initially, the basic, tripartite, model which consists of introduction, main part and conclusion, is presented. Next, based on explaining the psychological importance of the beginning and end of presentations, the four-part models AIDA and AITA are discussed and the special importance of interesting introductions is shown. Thirdly, the classical 5-part model, which consists of Exordium, Narratio, Propositio, Argumentatio and Peroratio, and complex models based on it, such as ‘Integrated-Problem Solving’ and ‘Pros-and-Cons’ are explained. Furthermore, options for when and how to draw conclusions in a presentation are discussed. Apart from essential structural models, Part III also shows how many pieces of information may be presented simultaneously (3-drawer model). The final section of Part III presents mind maps as an excellent way of organising information.
Teil 3 befasst sich mit der Struktur von Präsentationen. Eingangs wird die Grundstruktur, bestehend aus Einleitung, Hauptteil und Schluss, vorgestellt. Basierend auf der psychologischen Bedeutung von Beginn and Ende einer Präsentation, werden dann die 4-gliedrigen Modelle AIDA und AITA besprochen und die grundlegende Bedeutung interessanter Einleitungen gezeigt. Danach werden das klassische 5-gliedrige Modell, bestehend aus Exordium, Narratio, Propositio, Argumentatio und Peroratio, und darauf aufbauende Formen wie Problemlösungsmodell und Pro-und-Kontra-Modell besprochen. Neben den verschiedenen Strukturmodellen wird des weiteren erläutert, wie viele Informationen gleichzeitig vom Publikum verarbeitet werden können und was das für die Gestaltung der Präsentation bedeutet. Abschließend werden die Vorteile der Notationstechnik Mind Mapping vorgestellt.
